Initiative#49: Watching myself
Once again, I am my own worst enemy.
I refuse to pay up my sleep debt and avoid all things that are good for me. Instead of consuming fresh vegetables and fruits, I go for coffee and protein bars instead.
I’m also vehemently refusing to watch my Ignite Boulder video.
Wow Steph. You spoke in front of 1000 people at Ignite Boulder’12. You could do that but you can’t watch your own video/ proof of success of the event? Lame.
Unlike a friend of mine who did Ignite Toronto ( Crystal was one of my early encouragers for doing this blog btw
) and managed to watch 30 seconds of it, I literally BOLTED the nano second mine starts.
I’ll watch it in a bit. I promise I will.I mean, how hard can this video be, it’s only 5 minutes? And compared to Initiative #44 to #48 this week, this one’s a pushover task.
Right? Right?
URGGHGGHGHGHGH Cringing… Cringing…cringing….Might have to tie self up for 5 minutes to watch this thing.
Do you avoid watching videos of yourself? Even if they’re just some Facebook nonsense or helpful review of a performance? Why is it that we are often our own worst critics but not our own biggest fans?
